• The Student registration fee is available only to those presenting a valid student ID and it gives access to all the benefits of a standard registration
• The Spouse fee gives access only to welcoming reception, gala dinner and exhibition. Spouse registration fee can be applied only if linked to a valid delegate congress registration.
• The Visitor registration fee gives access only to the exhibition.
The Gala Dinner is generously sponsored by the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. The fee of 100 Euros being charged separately from the congress registration fee will be entirely used to support attendance to the congress of young professionals.
There are limited seats available for the gala dinner so attribution will be on first come, first served principle.
Please note that online registration will close on Thursday, 9 October at midnight CEST, and all subsequent registrations will need to be completed onsite.
Payments will be accepted by card (Turkish Lira) and cash (EUR and Turkish Lira).
The registration desk will be open at the venue on the following times:
– Monday, 14 October from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
– Tuesday, 15 October from 7:30am to 6:00pm.
– Wednesday, 16 October from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
– Thursday, 17 October from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
